Le Mas d'Artigny & Spa is a four star hotel in the hills near St Paul de Vence with a view of the Mediterranean, the ideal location for a relaxing painting holiday in France. Guests dine in the hotel's panoramic restaurant which is renowned throughout the region. The hotel has a heated 25 metre long swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna and 20 acres of grounds as well as spa treatments which can be booked ahead or during your stay.
As well as being near Nice with its galleries and other cultural activities, there is the nearby Fondation Maeght established to celebrate modern and comtemporary art in all its forms, with works by Braque, Miro, Chagall and Giacometti. A short drive away at Vence is the exquisitely beautiful Chapelle du Rosaire designed by Matisse.
There is a half day free on Thursday afternoon for sightseeing and making the most of the leisure opportunities at the hotel. Nice International Airport is only 15 minutes away. Taxis are readily available at the airport, or we can organise a transfer through the hotel at a cost of 60 euros.
